BILLING INFORMATION
Dr. Dulski is an out of network provider, which means he does not accept insurance. While many insurance plans will provide some coverage for mental health services, it is the responsibility of each client to speak with their insurance company regarding mental health coverage and the reimbursement process. To assist with obtaining reimbursement, Dr. Dulski provides his clients with a Billing Statement at the end of each month. Each Billing Statement contains the necessary information most insurance companies require.
